The Old Barn Out Back offers the following banquet, catering, and wedding menus with full Food and Beverage options available for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Our onsite Bakery & Cakes ensures the freshest baked bread, hamburger buns branded with “OB”, dinner rolls, and famous Cinnamon rolls. Also available are donuts, pastries, and fresh-baked breakfast items for dine-in or cater out. Our catering is on point to provide delicious appetizers, main entrees served as a formal plated entree or buffet along with full Bar and Beverage Services to include domestic beer, craft beer (including our own “OB Original Brew”) draft, wine, bourbon, and liquor.

Old Barn Restaurant and Grill is the largest Lima venue to include onsite catering and beautiful space accommodating 400-450 guests. Divided meeting rooms and banquet space can also be reduced for smaller rehearsal dinners, funeral dinners, weddings, graduation parties, private social, and business corporate events.
Available space to host your event includes the Lincoln, Washington, and Jefferson rooms individually or combined into the Centennial ballroom. In-room buffet and formal service require a minimum of 30 guests. Fireside space located just off the main restaurant floor provides reserved space for small groups and our Exclusive “Loft Area” can also accommodate groups between 75-100 guests and provides an overhead look the restaurant below.

Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions
The Old Barn Restaurant and Grill venue space is the “premier” banquet facility for Northwest Ohio with newly renovated facilities to host wedding ceremonies and receptions. Outdoor ceremony areas provided a wooded landscape for outdoor weddings and the seasonal fantastic Fall of Ohio. Patio space can be booked in combination with rooms as reserved space for your ceremony and reception. Our outdoor ceremony can also be hosted on the lawn.
Our indoor air-conditioned space provides (3) THREE large rooms with air walls capable of dividing or combining space to accommodate the size and planning for your event. Plan your outdoor Ceremony with the confidence of using our indoor space should Ohio weather not cooperate with your planning. Our event planning and banquet staff are ready to serve you and your guests to create a fantastic event in coordinating wedding officiant, vendor referrals, and set up space to minimize your stress.
Banquet rooms are decorated with a neutral theme, large Chandelier lighting, dimmable lighting control, basic tables, chairs, and linen service included with your rental. Seating upgrades, linen, floral, and décor can additionally be coordinated through your team of bridal professionals. A private entrance for guests and ceremony areas is provided and nicely landscaped for an area that allows you to feel an escape from the city.
